Will my emails end up in spam?: It's the main risk of email prospecting, and the tool is built to avoid it: sending from your own mailbox, a gradual daily limit, sends spread over the day, a compliant unsubscribe link. You remain responsible for the content of your messages: a short, relevant email gets through; an aggressive pitch sent to a thousand people never will.
Is it legal to prospect by email in France?: Yes, in B2B. Prospecting a work email address is allowed if the message relates to the person's professional activity, the sender can be identified, and a simple way to opt out is offered. Prospenso automatically adds the unsubscribe link and keeps the exclusion list, even after a contact is deleted. Rules vary from country to country: if you prospect outside France, check the rules in your recipients' country.
Do I need technical skills?: Not for everyday use. Connecting your mailbox requires getting an app password from your email provider — every step is described in the app.
Can I cancel whenever I want?: Yes. The subscription is monthly, with no commitment, and can be cancelled in one click from your settings. Your data remains exportable.
Where is my data hosted?: On servers located in the European Union. Your mailbox credentials are encrypted before being stored.
