Billing, plainly explained
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- Yes, but it's only requested when you launch your first sends: connecting your mailbox or activating a campaign. Creating your account, importing your contacts and writing your sequences require nothing. No amount is charged during the fourteen days.
- What happens at the end of the 14 days?
- Nothing automatic: no subscription starts on its own. At the end of the period, you choose a plan to continue, or you leave the account dormant. Your data remains exportable.
- Can I switch plans along the way?
- Yes, in both directions, from your settings. The change takes effect immediately and billing is prorated by Stripe.
- How do I cancel?
- In one click from your settings, with no notice period or justification. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Are there hidden fees?
- No. The price shown is the one charged every month. Emails are sent through your own mailbox: you don't pay for extra sending credits.
